What do you like best? It's very easy to set-up. Most CRMs have an ugly interface with WAY too many options. What do you dislike? The product still feels young. Excellent CRM for small businesses based on Google Apps
What do you like best? Copper has amazing integration with Google apps like Gmail. It is very reasonably priced for a team that is just starting out and is looking to grow. It has a lot of really good functionality for the money. What do you dislike? It is missing some advanced tools like automatically emailing opportunities on a cadence. What do you like best? Analytics plays important role in sales to plan every day, every week and every month to achieve the yearly targets and copper provides fantastic reports and analytics. What do you like best? Copper's Gmail side panel gives easy access to customer information while reading emails. What do you dislike? Copper has everything a SMB needs (and nothing more)

Flexible and Customizable
What do you like best? The G-suite integration is so seamless you start to wonder if Google actually owns Copper. It works without any tinkering of setup and, quite honestly, we wouldn't know what to do if we didn't have it. The Robust API's allow us to integrate all our other platforms and forms and use Copper as the true 'Sales Brain' a CRM is meant to be. Awesome!
What do you like best? Same look and feel regardless of where you work, phone, Gmail extension, web browser. It is excellent. I also like the drag and drop features of the pipeline along with customizing each sales persons pipeline. This has helped us be more efficient. What do you dislike? Seamless Integration with Gmail - Very easy to use
What do you like best? I love the integration with Gmail and the ability to send emails straight out of Copper. Also love the email tracking feature. What do you dislike?
