PW helps me save a lot of time every day in an orderly manner
What do you like best? The best feature of PW is the extension for gmail: I can manage all my prospects directly from my inbox! And on top of that you can connect PW with other google apps, such as Google Drive. For instance, all of my PW "Opportunities" are connected to at least 2 google spreadsheets, and I can have them linked in a matter of a click. Also the clean and smooth user interface gets a plus. What do you like best? Prosperworks is AMAZING!! My favorite part of prospect works is how it functions with Gmail. Every person that contacts me through email all I need to do is scroll my mouse over the persons email name or address and Prospect works on the right side of my Gmail will within 1 second Prospect work well then ask me if I would like to add this person as a lead. What do you like best? ProsperWorks CRM is built from the ground up to work with Gmail and the other Google Apps, such as Google Calendar and Google Drive. The UI feels intuitive to a GMail user. Great CRM. If you use Google Apps for Work, you want this
What do you like best? Tight integration w/ Google Apps for Work, specifically, Gmail. What do you dislike? New product, and has a lot of integration/extras needed. Their Support is completely ridiculous
Their Support is completely ridiculous. It seems like a bot answers their emails. They do not allow contacting them by phone. And my response when I am a paying customer is that they will get back to me within 2 days. If there was a way to post pics of their stupid support responses I would. I would not recommend this company to my worst enemy. That is unless you like being screwed with when you need help.
