There are a lot of loose ends in the basic service, unfinished code and tools all other CRMs offer. I have commented on these issues many times on the bulletin board and sometimes by personal emails. I never receive a direct response to any of my posts. There is no acknowledgement of the open issues and no plan presented to show priority or timeline which shows when problems will be addressed. Few good things such as Gmail email sync and Gmail sidebar Chrome extension.
