I really like the structure of the prosperworks system, but my team is experiencing some major frustration with items/files that are added to the system to saving or appearing in the system when searched for later on which is creating a lot of duplicate work that a CRM is supposed to eliminate. Workarounds Needed

Good idea to integrate with Google, Gmail etc., however managing contacts across mobile devices is cumbersome and syncing issues result in mismatches and gaps between contact lists. Also no business card reader and no way to readily share contact information. Granted, there are 'workarounds' for many of these issues but that means more time needs to be spent 'managing' data....rather than using it. Love the overall product however, support response has much to be desired. Some key functionality missing - ex. Repeating meetings are unsupported.

Just an ok user experience

Just an ok user experience. Users can't configure their home page dashboard, and company, contact, opportunity records are nested on separate pages instead of flowing in a logical manner in a single page display. Often, it is necessary to click 2 links to get to the intended destination such as full view of a contact record. Activity ticker lists many unnecessary system updates that pollute the page with flotsam that doesn't help manage the sales process. My biggest beef is users can't ...

We need 2-way syncing

The CRM is great, but having 2-way syncing to allow my cellphone to upload contacts to the CRM would improve efficiency.

I think the system is a little clunky

I think the system is a little clunky. I don't like that you can not assign one person to multiple companies. We work within the business world some people are intertwined with multiple organizations. This should be an option. I also wish that opportunities could exist as their own setup with the only activities recorded within the opportunity being the ones related to that specific opportunity. Right now anyone who is associated with an opportunity will bring over all their activities. So ...
