Just started with Properworks
Just started with Properworks, so still working our way through it. A couple of things we noticed which would be "nice":1. Area codes to be displayed with 2 numbers, not 3 ie: (022. In Companies and Contacts: to show A-Z rather than having to scroll or search as the current layout makes it hard to find duplicates to merge.3. Being able to modify the view on the Home screen.4. The notes in the Log Activity were in a different colour so they stood out a bit5. The People inside Companies list ...

I like Prosperworks
I like Prosperworks, I find it very helpful, although my past records cannot be in it, I know it´s because of the version we use, but that could help us get the max out of it.

ProsperWorks really works and easy
ProsperWorks really works and easy. Some more customization in the Project section will be appreciate. And I miss about fields with calculation attribute. At least I'm happy with ProsperWorks CRM.

Has been very useful for keeping track of orders. This includes the original placement of the order with the agent, through the vendor portal all the way to completion.

Many little design flaws but one big …
Many little design flaws but one big issue. Lack of expected integration with Google contacts, for an application designed to work with Google is an embarrassing problem for PW. Or, at least, I hope it is embarrassing. It costs me more to use pie sync to fix this problem than it does to use prosperworks and the first place. In addition there are many, many cases where the same name fields in related records are not linked and common data needs to be entered multiple times. I could go on, it ...
