Best CRM Tool!
I have tried several CRM Tools in my career, but ProsperWorks has the cleanest UI/UX and works the fastest I have seen so far. The integrations to the Google World are also amazing.

There are a lot of loose ends in the basic service, unfinished code and tools all other CRMs offer. I have commented on these issues many times on the bulletin board and sometimes by personal emails. I never receive a direct response to any of my posts. There is no acknowledgement of the open issues and no plan presented to show priority or timeline which shows when problems will be addressed.
