Just an ok user experience

Just an ok user experience. Users can't configure their home page dashboard, and company, contact, opportunity records are nested on separate pages instead of flowing in a logical manner in a single page display. Often, it is necessary to click 2 links to get to the intended destination such as full view of a contact record. Nothing comes close

I've used every CRM out there, and there is nothing close to this. It makes Salesforce look like the 1990s technology that it is.If you use gmail and google calendar in your business, this is it. If you don't use gmail or google calendar, you may want to consider switching just to get access to ProsperWorks.

I really wanted to love prosperworks, BUT....

I really wanted to love prosperworks. I asked several times for instructions and they kept sending me webinars that didn't answer my questions. Unfortunately I paid for the whole year and now I am stuck with technology that never made it out of the gate. I am in Real Estate and I wanted this to be everything that they said it would be for my industry. Maybe it is - but no one seemed to be able to help. Poor for overall marketing needs

Poor for overall marketing needs. It's difficult to export contacts and lacks the reporting sophistication I relied on SFDC to provide. Lack of integrations with a majority of marketing solutions also adds unnecessary complexity. Service and support is great (thanks Jason! but I shouldn't have to rely on them.
