We need 2-way syncing

The CRM is great, but having 2-way syncing to allow my cellphone to upload contacts to the CRM would improve efficiency.

Good starter CRM for the price, but limited database functionality. UX wanting

1. The app could be way better - and no Ipad App? (I actually bought a LTE ipad assuming there would be a bomber app, but there's just an iphone app enlarged 2x.2. Searching/filtering by custom field would be very nice.3. linking to Dropbox folders - rather than just files - would be huge4. two way contact sync with google would be amazing

I really like the structure of the …

I really like the structure of the prosperworks system, but my team is experiencing some major frustration with items/files that are added to the system to saving or appearing in the system when searched for later on which is creating a lot of duplicate work that a CRM is supposed to eliminate. The system and search functionality also seems very "glitchy"...for example, if I search for "XYZ Company" it may not appear. Then if I search for a person related to "XYZ Company", the company ...

Workarounds Needed

Good idea to integrate with Google, Gmail etc., however managing contacts across mobile devices is cumbersome and syncing issues result in mismatches and gaps between contact lists. Also no business card reader and no way to readily share contact information. Granted, there are 'workarounds' for many of these issues but that means more time needs to be spent 'managing' data....rather than using it. Love the overall product however, support response has much to be desired. Some key functionality missing - ex. Repeating meetings are unsupported.
