I've tried SO many CRM's and Prosperworks is by fair the easiest to set up and use. It integrates seamlessly with my gmail accounts. The Prosperworks team provides great technical support and are very quick to respond to my questions.

Much easier to use and customise than Salesforce. Very good customer service. As it is a young CRM system there are still some areas of functionality that could be improved but overall I love it.

Seamless integration with G suite

Seamless integration with G suite. Continued roll out of enhancements that all make sense. We are only a small office of 5 ranging from Gen Y to baby boomers. We are using Propserworks every day and are becoming more efficient because of it.

Good CRM

Easy to use, very well built for daily tasks. More automations and integrations with other tools would make it a better solution, but its a good tool overall for any sales rep.

The product works

The product works, it does what it claims, there is minimal downtime and once the logic is understood, it is practical and useful. It has supplanted the Microsoft Outlook contact facility in our operations, we like it.

VERY GOOD, NOT YET EXCELLENT

Prosperworks has been very useful to our company and team. There are still some features that have to be developed but hopefully they will be available some time in the future.It is definitely a very good option as a CRM
