Deceptive billing
Even when paying monthly, you will still be billed for deleted users. You need to go to a setting on a different page to change the billing. Very deceptive and misleading.

Recommended, with room for improvement.
The integration with Gmail is awesome. The full web platform is good. However, the performance of the mobile app (both iOS and android, the performance is yet to be improved, as the loading time for new page / new section takes a bit long.

I love love love ProsperWorks
I love love love ProsperWorks. It has boosted my team's productivity and made it so much easier for me to support them. Their customer success team is stellar and we've felt supported the whole way through. My team is rather resistant to new methods but the integration into G Suite has been flawless.
