With time, I'll bet my review will be 5 stars

So far in my new subscription, so good. I love that it often picks up details of a new contact automatically from a gmail email. The software is easy to use, aesthetically pleasing, not confusing.I hesitate to give it a 5 star rating since I haven't used it for long and feel I need further experience.I will say that, compared to the other 4 or 5 CRMs I've tried previously, ProsperWorks appeals to me the most and has far fewer glitches.

ProsperWorks makes easy to build a CRM for OUR business! I really appreciate the ability to customize many of the features within the app to truly capture the information that is relevant to us in our business. I also really love the Google Sheets add-on. prosperworks CRM

What do you like best? I appreciate that I can use Prosperworks right from gmail. The plugin for gmail/Chrome is pretty neat. Hover over an email, and the lead/contact appears in the pane on the left. Prosperworks is great at tracking all your email communication with anyone you've identified as a lead/contact.
