PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? ProsperWorks is intuitive, flexible and simple tool with great options for customization. Slow to respond for Service/Questions

What do you like best? Easy interface and simple to set up. Integrates well with Gmail and SXe. What do you dislike? As a new owner of this application. I've tried numerous times to reach someone for assistance, I'm even willing to pay for this help. I've sent multiple emails with zero response. PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? I’ve tried other CRM tools before Prosperworks, but I prefer this one because of the integration with Google Apps. We managed to eliminate all duplicates. I often use the calendar feature because it helps me to put everything on the calendar and offers access to inside-out CRM tool. You'll find no rust in this CRM

What do you like best? The outlook, usability, integrations with G Mail and navigation is fantastic. This was my first time using this CRM under this new role at my new company and I really wish my old company had it. I would assume someone with no technology background or CRM experience would be able to use this straight off the bat, very little training if none is needed which I loved. Great CRM for freelancers!

What do you like best? The integration with G-Suite is such a timesaver. Everything is automated without me even having to do much. What do you dislike? I think it can be more fun to use in terms of interface. Hubspot is a good example. Recommendations to others considering the product: If you use G-Suite, invest in Copper! Billed without my permission for months.

I requested to stop being billed, and never agreed to continue service. They have been billing me for months and I just found out today. Absolute trash, and the software was awful too. The cancelling process had "required" fields, and 3 different "Are you sure" screens. Felt like a timeshare property.
