CRM that Integrates with GSuite
What do you like best? Integrates really well with Google GSuite. Email, Calendar, Drive. What do you dislike? The exports are rubbish. A simple export of Companies and People does not allow you to link the two together. After 3 years they still will not add the link field the the two tables at export. Recommendations to others considering the product: Carefully check what exports you need if any and get evidence. We were give assurances we would have proper access to our ...

Customizable to automate as much as possible
What do you like best? It's been great to set Copper to auto-create tasks at different stages of our pipeline. Keeps me on track for my meetings and progress. What do you dislike? Copper plugs into my gmail, which is great - but emailing from Copper offers none of the plug-ins. 2-way sync would be great. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Keeping on top of client pipeline, being able to track previous opportunities for the same ...

I am a Copper customer since 2 months…
I am a Copper customer since 2 months now. Here is my review of the product. The good:- I like the integration with Gmail. It's efficient to use the copper extension for Chrome.- The UI with company, persons, tasks, calendars entries etc. is efficient to use as you have a good master/detail view that is quick to navigate. The bad:- The search & select interface is too limited. Selecting multiple people on various criteria is impossible. Only very limited searching is possible. The terrible:- ...

Copper easy to use
What do you like best? I can consider that Copper is suitable since I have been able to establish an integration of emails and other Google applications. It is really easy to use since I don't need much training for the utility that this tool offers me. Another important point is that I can have sales and performance reports at my fingertips where I can track all interactions with customers. On the other hand I can enter custom fields that allow me to get all the information I want to ...

I highly recommend ProsperWorks
PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? I like that within ProsperWorks there are great integrations with Gmail accounts and Google Apps. We are able to manage our contacts, companies and opportunities. We can import contact with whole information from social media. The UI is great and it offers great sales pipelines configurations. Copper review
What do you like best? It is nice to be able to access Copper from any computer. There are multiple options for how you manage your contacts and opportunities. What do you dislike? The biggest issue I encounter is slow loading times. Even with a more than enough bandwidth, where nothing else is slow, Copper can be slow to load. I usually have two Copper screens open so I can be loading one contact while I am calling another. Probably only an issue for sales people making calls. ...
