Not as anticipated

What do you like best? The ability to show all tasks that are due and past due in one place. What do you dislike? Not able to link my account with my calendar to get the task on there so I do not have to manually enter them What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Having all my leads ,people, companies, and task in one location and to be able to access it easily

Was set up in less than 2 days, and Implementation is easy.

What do you like best? It's very successful CRM and it's different than the other similar programs which aim to compete, but do not achieve that, because it allows us to have more direct contact with customers. This is extremely helpful as it helps you, not only to be in communication with clients, to be a little more coordinated and to have close contact with suppliers. You can also have more information with all the services you provide. What do you dislike? In my use of this ...

Product with interactive elements and a good design.

What do you like best? Copper has the advantage of having a very good esthetic style that encourages personal work and makes it as customized as possible. Copper is a very appealing service thanks to the fact that the paid version offers so many process management features. The price is very small and it is good to send messages to the other team members in a few seconds to the integrated chat. What do you dislike? The incorporation of Copper with trendy talk and slack channels is ...

Your commitment to customer service is outstanding

What do you like best? I like the structure of this software, since it has allowed me to have a more direct contact with the client during the last 6 months that I have been using it. I wanted some tool that was a very efficient CRM and different from many other similar systems that really seek to be their suppliers until I got it What do you dislike? We have had some contextual problems that bother us a bit, but they are quickly solved, I must say that your commitment to customer ...

Their Support is completely ridiculous

Their Support is completely ridiculous. It seems like a bot answers their emails. They do not allow contacting them by phone. And my response when I am a paying customer is that they will get back to me within 2 days. If there was a way to post pics of their stupid support responses I would. I would not recommend this company to my worst enemy. That is unless you like being screwed with when you need help.

Just an ok CRM

What do you like best? -Copper will auto fill contact information sometimes -I think it's a good option for non tech companies (like real estate What do you dislike? -Not complex enough for a sales team -Cannot customize user experience very much, it's a pretty limiting CRM compared to their competitors -Experience small bugs that make day to day tasks frustrating -Less integration options with other applications/tools, so you're often required to set up a webhook, ...

Make your Work Plan ever more Orderly.

What do you like best? The nice thing is: - Copper is VERY easy to use and you don`t need to see any tutorial or instructions to use it which is a great advantage, since if it were an integration difficult to use we would even have to opt for external advice, or having to use some other additional tool that might significantly increase our operating costs. What do you dislike? Nothing like complaining, just small system failures or program servers, a sudden unexpected shutdown ...

Pretty average beginner CRM

What do you like best? I like the simplicity of it. For a more basic sales org or starting company, you don't necessarily need to jump into Salesforce. Copper was a good alternative to not over complicate things unnecessarily. I like that it is pretty intuitive for the average user. The design is clean. What do you dislike? The organization within Copper didn't feel organized. Companies vs People vs Leads vs Opportunities seemed to all crossover and not at all the wrong times. It ...

Copper easy to implement.

What do you like best? It is really simple to use because the service that this tool gives me does not need much training. Another important point is that I can keep track of all customer interactions with sales and performance reports at my fingertips. On the other hand, I can enter custom fields to get all I want to know. What do you dislike? If it were not extremely restricted, it would be ideal and improved somewhat with regard to its chrome supplement. It is also important that ...
