Awesome Customer Support

What do you like best? The software is great for what I need. Their customer service is excellent. What do you dislike? All good. I don't have anything critical to add. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I can't remember. But every interaction I have with support is handled well and thoroughly.

Most stable point of sale software today.

What do you like best? I like its integration with G-suite products, as it allows me to add potential customers from my G-mail account. This CRM is very useful to track sales and marketing. Generally, copper is an excellent solution to boost sales. What do you dislike? I didn't have problems with this method, I can only say it's a strong learning curve since it's a comprehensive CRM. It's a great tool that really helps stay organized and involved with every client.

What do you like best? That it integrates with Gmail so seemlessly. What do you dislike? That you can't set a default timeline for a task. It automatically defaults to 1 day, and I would set it to a week if possible. I have to change the task follow up timeline literally every time I create a task, which can be annoying. Copper makes follow up so easy!

What do you like best? Emails automatically logging! Also, tasks syncing to your calendar so you can see them without actually going to the task button. So user friendly too. What do you dislike? What do you like best? This tool is incredibly easy to implement in that it takes minimal time and does not require training from a Copper employee or consultant. Its core competency, integration with Gmail, is a lifesaver to small companies in keeping a record of contacts and simple onboarding. What do you dislike? Reliable CRM

What do you like best? Copper's ease of use allows our team to focus on hidden opportunities more consistently. What do you dislike? Copper can sometimes come across as a micromanagement software with its ability to track day to day operations. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We are finding fortune in the smaller opportunities that slip through cracks. Google's automation is a secondary benefit that our sales team enjoys.

Great CRM for businesses

What do you like best? Hooks into Gmail super easily and makes updating contacts etc a breeze What do you dislike? Bit of a learning curve but that is with any CRM. You also cannot UNconvert a lead, which is annoying sometimes. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Managing PR relationships as well as investors and funding solutions.

Great for keeping up, but buggy

What do you like best? Having a large catalog of contacts across varies markets is great for when we need to make calls in areas that are not ours. Having a place to connect all of the dots and contacts, as well as see last booked events, even if someone else did it is very useful and saves alot of time and effort on our part. Awesome CRM with great potential

What do you like best? It's easy to integrate to Gsuite and its auto-populate feature has save my team countless hours in the daily admin. What do you dislike? There's a ton of feature that we've yet to explore especially the task automation feature which is still difficult to setup. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Managing multiple contacts and opportunities while saving time for data input.
