It's a great tool that really helps stay organized and involved with every client.
What do you like best? That it integrates with Gmail so seemlessly. What do you dislike? That you can't set a default timeline for a task. It automatically defaults to 1 day, and I would set it to a week if possible. I have to change the task follow up timeline literally every time I create a task, which can be annoying. Copper makes follow up so easy!
What do you like best? Emails automatically logging! Also, tasks syncing to your calendar so you can see them without actually going to the task button. So user friendly too. What do you dislike? The integration is a lifesaver! Simple to use, quick adoption
What do you like best? This tool is incredibly easy to implement in that it takes minimal time and does not require training from a Copper employee or consultant. Its core competency, integration with Gmail, is a lifesaver to small companies in keeping a record of contacts and simple onboarding. What do you dislike? Copper is one of the best 'user-friendly' sites I have ever worked on
What do you like best? I have become very dependant on the communication that is captured within client profiles. By simply a click of a mouse. I can have updates at my fingertips of email conversations with various team members. What do you dislike? I haven't experienced any 'down-sides' to Copper as I feel there are so many facets which I haven't explored yet. Best CRM Ever!
What do you like best? I like how compatible it is across all platforms! It is very user friendly and makes it easy for me to keep track of all of my leads and my pipeline in general. I really like the email tracking feature that it uses with gmail. Helps me stay in the know with my clients. Another feature that I like is the social media integration. Copper is everything you need, nothing you don't
What do you like best? Seamless integration with G-Suite, you don't have to worry about anything falling through the cracks on the CRM side. Copper can be easily customized to fit your business process, without unnecessary upgrades or costs. If you use G-Suite, start with copper and allow them to prove to you why you shouldn't be a customer. It's that good. They also have some great integrations with other platforms. What do you dislike? Amazing!!
What do you like best? I love that the mobile version allows me to do everything that I need to do, even when I'm away from my desktop. I never have any issues with it crashing or loading slowly. It's very user friendly and it's easy to do things on the go. What do you dislike? What do you like best? Copper makes our sales process simple and saves a ton of time. The "sales pipelines" allow us to silo off specific product lines to target, making it much easier for us to determine who needs to email who. The g-suite integrations are what sold us to begin with, it makes it effortless to fluctuate between gmail, gcal and other applications we use daily. What do you dislike? What do you like best? We use the Project Feature directly linked to a Quote Manager Tool and the information prepopulates for ease of access and not duplicating work. Also that all of the email traffic is at my fingertips from all the Company employees linked. I can access very useful information regarding a Project without having to talk to our Sales Team.
