Beautiful, Easy CRM that complements G-Suite

What do you like best? Copper is great at managing your customer records- you can track emails, pull in calendar events and add tasks (including recurring) to any record. It has the Google aesthetic, which makes it clean and familiar to most users. Additionally, Copper's native reporting shows you and your users their progress towards goals, activity levels, and gaps. What do you like best? I like the search capabilities and the gmail integration What do you dislike? The "tracked email" triggers regardless of who opens the email sent Recommendations to others considering the product: Easy to use and versatile coupled with incredibly prompt customer service What problems are you solving with the product? Best CRM Ever!

What do you like best? I like how compatible it is across all platforms! It is very user friendly and makes it easy for me to keep track of all of my leads and my pipeline in general. I really like the email tracking feature that it uses with gmail. Helps me stay in the know with my clients. Another feature that I like is the social media integration. What do you like best? The leads section and you can easily convert to customer. Also can put in all opportunities and update accordingly. From the pitch stage to the conversion very easy to use. What do you like best? Bulk email feature is very powerful. You can reach out to multiple leads in minutes. What do you dislike? There is no easy access to a quick follow up with a lead What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Copper is everything you need, nothing you don't

What do you like best? Seamless integration with G-Suite, you don't have to worry about anything falling through the cracks on the CRM side. Copper can be easily customized to fit your business process, without unnecessary upgrades or costs. If you use G-Suite, start with copper and allow them to prove to you why you shouldn't be a customer. It's that good. They also have some great integrations with other platforms. What do you dislike? Amazing!!

What do you like best? I love that the mobile version allows me to do everything that I need to do, even when I'm away from my desktop. I never have any issues with it crashing or loading slowly. It's very user friendly and it's easy to do things on the go. What do you dislike? Copper Review

What do you like best? Copper makes our sales process simple and saves a ton of time. The "sales pipelines" allow us to silo off specific product lines to target, making it much easier for us to determine who needs to email who. The g-suite integrations are what sold us to begin with, it makes it effortless to fluctuate between gmail, gcal and other applications we use daily. What do you dislike? What do you like best? We use the Project Feature directly linked to a Quote Manager Tool and the information prepopulates for ease of access and not duplicating work.
