Works well. Has a certain amount of user-lock in when removing users from seats.

What do you like best? Integrates well with GSuite /Gmail via a chrome add-on. What do you dislike? User Lock-in. If one of our team leaves,, or their GSuite is suspended, it is hard to avoid removing the user’s assets that they created in Copper (discussion thread with contacts) when the user is removed from their Copper seat. Recommendations to others considering the product: There may be better CRM’s - but this one is good enough for us at the moment and the developers ...

A Great CRM application that adds to everyday productivity.

What do you like best? I like the fact that it integrates with gmail and I can add contact's pretty easily. It's nice that you can fully edit your opportunities and really anything, right from gmail or really any part of the google suite. I haven't fully used it in other applications yet, but I like the fact that I even have the option. I also haven't had much of an opportunity to edit or manage leads and opportunities while on the go. But of course I will be trying to do much more of ...

Awesome CRM with great potential

What do you like best? It's easy to integrate to Gsuite and its auto-populate feature has save my team countless hours in the daily admin. What do you dislike? There's a ton of feature that we've yet to explore especially the task automation feature which is still difficult to setup. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Managing multiple contacts and opportunities while saving time for data input.

It's been great! Works well with our specific flow of leads and prospects.

What do you like best? I get my leads quickly and have all the tools I need to contact potential customers and keep accurate notes. What do you dislike? Certain types of customers take longer than others to convert because of the depth of customer information required. Recommendations to others considering the product: It's a great package, really makes it easy to get in touch with leads and make sales. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have ...

Streamlined, Intuitive & Effective!

What do you like best? how intuitive and inclusive it is in it's features What do you dislike? how it doesn't integrate with a lot of lead sources (you can get around this with Zapier but it's still a bit of a pain), I also wish that they had a commission management feature. Recommendations to others considering the product: It's great for anyone looking to Scale their business in the way of lead management or pipeline management. What problems are you solving with the ...

Great for keeping up, but buggy

What do you like best? Having a large catalog of contacts across varies markets is great for when we need to make calls in areas that are not ours. Having a place to connect all of the dots and contacts, as well as see last booked events, even if someone else did it is very useful and saves alot of time and effort on our part. What do you dislike? Very buggy. The system does not update across all fields (if i say last booked in company it does not automatically update that for the ...

Great CRM for businesses

What do you like best? Hooks into Gmail super easily and makes updating contacts etc a breeze What do you dislike? Bit of a learning curve but that is with any CRM. You also cannot UNconvert a lead, which is annoying sometimes. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Managing PR relationships as well as investors and funding solutions.

Reliable CRM

What do you like best? Copper's ease of use allows our team to focus on hidden opportunities more consistently. What do you dislike? Copper can sometimes come across as a micromanagement software with its ability to track day to day operations. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We are finding fortune in the smaller opportunities that slip through cracks. Google's automation is a secondary benefit that our sales team enjoys.

Most stable point of sale software today.

What do you like best? I like its integration with G-suite products, as it allows me to add potential customers from my G-mail account. This CRM is very useful to track sales and marketing. Generally, copper is an excellent solution to boost sales. What do you dislike? I didn't have problems with this method, I can only say it's a strong learning curve since it's a comprehensive CRM. I had a positive experience in general. Recommendations to others considering the product: ...
