Works well. Has a certain amount of user-lock in when removing users from seats.

What do you like best? Integrates well with GSuite /Gmail via a chrome add-on. What do you dislike? User Lock-in. If one of our team leaves,, or their GSuite is suspended, it is hard to avoid removing the user’s assets that they created in Copper (discussion thread with contacts) when the user is removed from their Copper seat. Recommendations to others considering the product: There may be better CRM’s - but this one is good enough for us at the moment and the developers ...

A Great CRM application that adds to everyday productivity.

What do you like best? I like the fact that it integrates with gmail and I can add contact's pretty easily. It's nice that you can fully edit your opportunities and really anything, right from gmail or really any part of the google suite. I haven't fully used it in other applications yet, but I like the fact that I even have the option. I also haven't had much of an opportunity to edit or manage leads and opportunities while on the go. But of course I will be trying to do much more of ...

Streamlined, Intuitive & Effective!

What do you like best? how intuitive and inclusive it is in it's features What do you dislike? how it doesn't integrate with a lot of lead sources (you can get around this with Zapier but it's still a bit of a pain), I also wish that they had a commission management feature. Recommendations to others considering the product: It's great for anyone looking to Scale their business in the way of lead management or pipeline management. What problems are you solving with the ...

It's been great! Works well with our specific flow of leads and prospects.

What do you like best? I get my leads quickly and have all the tools I need to contact potential customers and keep accurate notes. What do you dislike? Certain types of customers take longer than others to convert because of the depth of customer information required. Recommendations to others considering the product: It's a great package, really makes it easy to get in touch with leads and make sales. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have ...

Best Database!

What do you like best? Copper has dramatically cut down on administration time spent adding in contacts to the system and also copying in emails to the database. What do you dislike? You are not able to change the font color when adding in notes or highlight specific things within notes to ensure they stand out. Recommendations to others considering the product: I What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We have dramatically ...

Copper is one of the best 'user-friendly' sites I have ever worked on

What do you like best? I have become very dependant on the communication that is captured within client profiles. By simply a click of a mouse. I can have updates at my fingertips of email conversations with various team members. What do you dislike? I haven't experienced any 'down-sides' to Copper as I feel there are so many facets which I haven't explored yet. If there is a problem, it's within my own limitations of knowledge that is the obstacle! What problems are you ...

Copper - Best CRM out there

What do you like best? Copper is easy to use. Literally no entry required to get social media access and other information on prospects. Integrates with Google Apps. Customer support is also very good, when needed, which isn't often. The mobile app is solid and gets better all the time. What do you dislike? No automatic deduplication of contacts or companies. Link functionality - having one individual linked to two or more companies - is still in beta after at least a year. It ...

Streamline your Efforts

What do you like best? Having a one-stop shop for all of our company's contacts, emails, tasks, calendar, and so on saves us time. My favorite part is being able to see the emails of my teammates to our clients so I can know what was said without bothering my teammate to ask. Then I'm in the know for that conversation with our client. The opportunity pipelines is especially helpful during our meetings to talk through leads and upcoming appointments and contracts. What do you dislike? ...

Excellent CRM for small, remote teams!

What do you like best? Copper has been so helpful in delivering efficiency and organization to our processes and workflows as a remote team. I love that it syncs so seamlessly with Google drive, Gmail, Mailchimp, and other platforms. It's very natural to update profiles and information in real time within gmail instead of clicking to a different tab. I also love how intuitive it is! The implementation process was very easy, and it didn't take long to adapt the system to our company ...
