Decent Sales CRM on Budget.
What do you like best? Simple, Clean and not too expensive. For starters, it might be a good option, as you scale you might need a better CRM. What do you dislike? Less than average UI. Not too big on advanced funcationality. Recommendations to others considering the product: You might want to explore the alternatives out there, map your requirements to the CRM and them make a decision. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? ...

No longer doing things manually!
What do you like best? Copper is such a robust software that saves me so much time when contacting people. It's very automated and its usability is always perfect, allowing me to always do a good job. Copper adds everything automatically including email contacts and migrating our data was really easy and fast, which I found to be really cool because I don't really like doing things manually. Because it's really easy to contact and manage my workflow with Copper, I can share emails and ...

Inflexible and Extremely Limited
Pros: Decent G-Suite Integration & UI.Cons: 1) Terrible Reporting. They try to pitch Google Data Studio as an alternate to creating custom reports.2) No support for conditional fields or logic, making lead views terribly congested.3) Terrible customer support.

Fast implementation, very intuitive.
What do you like best? The service I get this tool does not take much preparation. It is really easy to use. Another important issue is that I can track all customer interactions through my sales and results reports. I may join custom fields on the other hand in order to get everything I want to learn. What do you dislike? If the chrome supplement isn't very tight, it would be ideal and somewhat improved. It is also necessary for me to build the applications for calendar ...

Great project management tool and CRM.
What do you like best? It makes it easy to create contacts and offers, it makes it very useful and easy to build opportunities. It makes Copper different from other CRM, keeps it all organized, including my vendors. I know the activity of each account, and the most excellent thing I have done so far, if it's inactive. What do you dislike? There have been issues from the past that seem to annoy us, but they fix quickly, I have to say that their service support is fantastic, it has ...

Great CRM for Gmail users
What do you like best? Copper's unique angle is that it is tightly integrated with Gmail - so as you're emailing contacts you can easily add those people and opportunities into your CRM. What do you dislike? It mostly works as a sidebar to your Gmail client, which doesn't fit easily on my laptop with a small screen. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? It makes it more efficient to keep track of leads, versus more manual efforts ...

Using Copper for Talent Booking
What do you like best? relationship management is super easy. Easy to access all communications and deals from anywhere in google. The pipeline view is very nice as well compared to our previous CRM. It's easy to see everything we have going on at once. What do you dislike? It would be nice if there were more report generating features. Many of our reports don't give us an accurate week by week view of deals confirmed and won. It would be nice if the mobile app could integrate with ...
