First and last CRM we will use!
What do you like best? EVERYTHING. This CRM has completely changed the way we handle our customers! What do you dislike? So far, we haven't been able to find anything wrong with it. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We are able to follow up with our clients in a timely manner. We are able to create automated tasks as a reminder to do certain things with our clients when they hit a certain stage in the sales process.

We Needed Copper
What do you like best? The customization. We have many unique moving parts in our company, and it was difficult to find a CRM that would allow us to adjust to everyone's individual sales style. Copper allowed us to create custom workflows and tagging techniques to give each division of our sales team their own personal feel to the CRM. What do you dislike? There are only two things I really would improve upon. One, I wish there was a way to identify duplicates or potential ...

Easy to Implement and Use CRM Solution
What do you like best? The best part of Copper is how easy it was to implement and train my team on using the features. The tight integration to G-Suite and ability to connect to other systems using Zapier make this solution the best of the 5-6 I have tried to implement in the past. I think Copper is well on its way with some task and workflow automations that will make the application even better. This solution is by far the easiest I've implemented. What do you dislike? Some ...

Great product - awesome integration with Google Apps
What do you like best? I've used a number of CRM's in the past - Salesforce, Dynamics, Highrise, Wealthbox - all have been hamstrung by the difficulty of inputting information. Copper's ability to auto-populate contact info is fantastic. Having it sit within your Google Apps inbox means that it is quick and easy to log info, create tasks and follow-up What do you dislike? My only complaint to this point has been that the reporting is not as customizable as I would have ideally ...

Easy and straight-forward
What do you like best? The ease of using it if compared to other CRM. And. being linked to the Google-suite very interactive and useful. What do you dislike? It should have more marketing-automation (Cadans etc.) integrated. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Have an overview of accounts, prospects, tasks and sales-funnel

Powerful CRM with G-Suite Integration
What do you like best? I love that Copper is natively integrated into my G-Suite implementation. It's a robust CRM that has a ton of really great controls, so I can drill into the contact/company information that I'm looking for. It's got great data organization capabilities, and customization of records is extremely powerful without being overwhelming for the user. What do you dislike? My biggest frustration with Copper is how it deals with data associations. For example, an ...

Copper - CRM made fast and simple
What do you like best? The simplicity of how it works FROM the gmail interface, no need to open up another interface to use the full scope of the software. The connection to gmail is so immediate that it becomes seamless. The easiness of the interface becomes a major Positive Point when implementing. What do you dislike? The inability to add products and arithmetic calculations, analysis of data could improved (like important formulae), the lack of native marketing solutions, top ...
