What do you like best about Cooleaf? I love the recognition feature and the encouragement to appreciate your peers. Many times a person does their job and never gets a "thank you." It's nice to be reminded that going the extra mile is appreciated.

What do you like best about Cooleaf? The platform is easy to use and fun! It's a neat way to reward your colleagues and be rewarded. The recognition from Cooleaf can translate over to workplace and allow colleagues to celebrate one another. Additionally, each company can choose what rewards are designated/attainable. You can save up your recognition points and splurge on something you like.
