What do you like best about Cooleaf? Cooleaf is super straightforward and very user-freindly! It's very easy to recognize coworkers. Redeeming rewards points is also very simple, and there are tons of options!

"Keeps things fun while working remote!"
What do you like best about Cooleaf? Our company uses Cooleaf for fun challenges often -- can be anything from a photo contest, step challenges, to sharing recipes. I work remotely, so it's fun to stay involved and see what other people are up to in the company. And I love that we can convert the points into rewards like Amazon gift cards etc.

What do you like best about Cooleaf? It is an excellent way to create incentives for people. I like the fact that you get something out of a review. No other tools are used with this software. I have not used other tools in the past.

"Excellent Peer Recognition Tool"
What do you like best about Cooleaf? I appreciate the ability to acknowledge all my peers, including upper management, within the same tool. Cooleaf provides a text space to make comments about their recognition, so I can share how my fellow employee worked extra late to solve a client problem or how a colleague is everyone's go-to guy for answers. "Cool leaf "boombox" shout outs make my job more enjoyable!"
What do you like best about Cooleaf? I enjoy the incentives - don't get me wrong. But the BEST thing is seeing my colleagues "Shout" each other out. I love seeing them be positive people. Especially for those folks I do not know very well - I get to see them appreciate others in our organization.
