What do you like best about Cooleaf? I love the ability to earn points and then redeem them for gift cards. It also encourages you to engage with other teammates by congratulating them, sharing the same ideas, wishing them a happy birthday or anniversary and much more. It is a great way to connect with people while rewarding you simultaneously.

What do you like best about Cooleaf? It's a great, fun platform for giving and receiving recognition for work performance: and there's also a ton of cool things to choose from when you decide you want to redeem what you've earned!
