What do you like best about Cooleaf? Good platform for recognizing and rewarding employees. The activities are fun and engaging. It's really nice to collect the points and cash them in for little bonuses outside of a normal paycheck.

"I love Cooleaf and think it's a great way to recognize peers."
What do you like best about Cooleaf? It is a very easy way to recognize or reward a coworker and the person who gets recognized actually gains value from it. I have used other "kudos" type systems and it always feel fake and pointless. My favorite thing is on my birthday when I get points, it's like my company is buying me a birthday present, I think it definitely helps employees feel valued, and it alsogives managers an easy to use tool to recognize and reward hardworking team members.

What do you like best about Cooleaf? Cooleaf is something my coworkers and I look forward to giving and receiving! The options for redeeming points consistently grow, and there's a great variety. Cooleaf makes recognizing team members so easy!

What do you like best about Cooleaf? I like that we get 'bonuses' for working. Additionally, Cooleaf's customer support is top-notch. I had an issue with a $100 visa card redemption (the mail lost it). Customer service jumped right in and immediately refunded me the points.
