What do you like best about Cooleaf? I like that employees engaging with colleagues and building a sense of community within the workplace is encouraged and incentivized. There are too many features where you feel overwhelmed and customer support is very responsive when facing issues

What do you like best about Cooleaf? Company engagement is very important, especially to a company where most people work from home. Fun surveys and the ability to acknoledge other coworkers for their efforts to show appreciation make the work from home experience feel more inclusive along with the ability to collect points to use towards items.

What do you like best about Cooleaf? Cooleaf provides a fun and worthwhile incentive for employees to engage in connecting with one another virtually in a number of ways, sometimes fun and whimsical, othertimes more deep and meaningful. The fact that rewards points can be redeemed for gift cards is what provides the incentive, and points can add up quite quickly.
