What do you like best about Cooleaf? I love that anyone can share kudos and give others high fives. I like that management can easily at their fingertips thank their staff, and also give them points. Best thing about cooleaf is it meets the employees where they are, and what I mean by that is that they can use their points for what makes them happy. "Great Inclusivity Tool for Remote Positions"
What do you like best about Cooleaf? In the throws of Covid, the best thing that came of the pandemic was the offer of remote positions. A stay at home mom like myself, really benefits from having a job offer like this. But one thing sorely lacking is the comradery provided by the typical in-office job. Cooleaf does an amazing job providing that thru recognition channels, challenges, and charities. I feel that I am a part of something great.
