"Convoso user"

What do you like best about Convoso? Convoso is easy to use and operate. It's straightforward to access calls and reference back to anything recorded. What do you dislike about Convoso? The downside while using Convoso would be the high call volume delays. The system will lag and delay while trying to dispo calls. What problems is Convoso solving and how is that benefiting you? I would say their IT support works hard when an issue arises, which benefits us all.

I have very fas fiber internet and call quality can be choppy at times What problems is Convoso solving and how is that benefiting you? Managing all calls and recording is very important in the medicare field

What do you like best about Convoso? I love how simple it is. Very easy to use and understand. What do you dislike about Convoso? I dislike when Convoso freezes up or lags with the script. What problems is Convoso solving and how is that benefiting you? Convoso is beginning to smooth out a little more with the lagging which helps me get sells.

What do you like best about Convoso? I love how Convoso makes it easy to sort through different calling campaigns and the seamless interface displaying prospect's information during a call. What do you dislike about Convoso? Sometimes it is difficult to sign back into Convoso when the browser is forcibly shut down. What problems is Convoso solving and how is that benefiting you? Convoso makes it easier to increase outreach volume. More contacts equals more potential leads and increased business.

What do you like best about Convoso? Simple, easy and quick to use. Can easily switch between different clients while taking inbound and outbound calls. What do you dislike about Convoso? Sometimes gets stuck on the dialogue page when switching, but catches up after a few seconds. What problems is Convoso solving and how is that benefiting you? Makes it easy to call clients and run through all call listings quickly, which increases productivity

What do you like best about Convoso? Convoso is very user-friendly. It is excellent for connecting consumers to the right company in conference calls. What do you dislike about Convoso? Nothing, it is great. We have had none to minimal issues. When there are issues, they are resolved very quickly. What problems is Convoso solving and how is that benefiting you? Convoso allows ease of dialing consumers and is simple, so it is highly user-friendly.

What do you like best about Convoso? It's easy to use and feature rich for our application. What do you dislike about Convoso? Not really much to dislike, it would be nice if it could receive images on texting platform. What problems is Convoso solving and how is that benefiting you? It keeps all our clients information including notes all in one location, so when dialing customers everything is on the screen in front of you.
