What do you like best? Conversocial has a very simple user interface. It's a great platform for multiple users to be able to moderate and reply to posts simultaneously. What do you like best? Our associates are able to maintain a productive working rate in an environment that still treats the experience as innately social. What do you like best? I like that fact that Conversocial is so user friendly and intuitive. Makes it easy to monitor and respond to our customers efficiently. What do you dislike? Nothing major.
