We are a new user as of this year and the software is extremely user friendly for initial set-up.

What do you like best? I like the drag and drop feature for uploading, especially during initial set-up. I also like the webinars that are offered and how notices are emailed for ease of scheduling. Webinars are also short in length not to interfere with work. What do you dislike? I had to set up 19 different report tags (Report #1, #2, etc for our state DHHS agreement template. What do you like best? Search Speed and tag functions. Pre-defined and set notification based on due dates. What do you dislike? Search function could be even better to include searching contents in the tags What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Great for small legal departments

What do you like best? Intuitive nature of the product, the readily available customer service, and the reporting functionalities. What do you dislike? Almost nothing, still working on incorporating the e-signature piece which could be more customizable but overall it works very well for us. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Organized and centralized company wide contract management and deadline tracking.

What do you like best? system is very easy to use one you decide on how to organize it. It is flexible and lets us tag contracts with different fields based on contract type. Documents can easily be moved to other locations and the reporting is very powerful. What do you dislike? What do you like best? One of the most intuitive and comprehensive contract management software solutions I've seen. Extremely user friendly and easy to use. Straight-forward and useful

What do you like best? I like that the core functionality is basic document management and electronic signatures without overly complicated or useless added "features". What do you dislike?
