What do you like best? The ease of us - it is extremely easy to upload documents and can even do it via email. It is also easy to sort and organize documents. We can set up alerts to remind us when contracts expire or new to be reviewed. There are also tags you can use and you can combine related documents. What do you like best? The fact that it's web based, so when our executives are traveling they can access the information from anywhere. I also like how the columns and sorting fields can be customized to fit our business model. What do you dislike? What do you like best? Ease of use! It is a no-brainer and anyone can figure it out. It's easy to upload files and find them later.
