Highly interoperable tech with large scale tailoring
PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? The company sits down with your team and will specifically tailor to your needs to dial in each and every part that will help you to succeed. What aspects are problematic or could work better? We don’t really have any issues. We needed help with organizing our vendor contracts. Great system that streamlines contracts workflow
What do you like best? Searching for contracts already in place, editing request forms after submission, checking status of requests, etc. What do you dislike? Some of the e-mail notifications have too much text and look cluttered What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Contract requests have a higher turn around and I don't have to constantly reach out to our Contracts team for status updates

Organised, user friendly and adaptable software
What do you like best? The software can suit any size business. Its scalable and the software can be tailored very easily to meet your business processes. I really like the timely notifications. Supplier contracts are well managed and relationships between supplier and us are good. What do you dislike? Contract Insight is a great solution for a basic Contracts Management tool
What do you like best? I like the simplicity of configuration, ease of navigation and reporting capability. What do you dislike? Some of the user setup and assigning the security roles could be easier. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
