What do you like best? Contentstack team has been very accommodating in helping our team with any questions we have or issues that have arisen. We've been using them on all of our sites for a year now and have had no complaints. What do you dislike? It can be hard to create the correct content for your needs and once content types have been created it can be difficult to modify. There aren't too many technologies that can handle what we are throwing at it. Maybe salesforce only.

Great CMS with food UI for editors and a powerful API

Apart from the generally simple and easy to use UI for content editors, it has been fun to use this CMS with the frequent updates and the company's positive response to feature requests. We truly get the feeling that they are valuing their users' opinions and ideas. The product is undergoing constant development and new features are generally very useful, the platform is always growing and improving and continues to provide everything we require. Performing very large operations spanning thousands of records can be quite slow due to the requirement to throttle API requests - a bulkified API would be a useful addition to the platform.
