Delightful for marketers too
What do you like best? Contentful markets to devs a fair amount, but the product is pretty great for us end users too. The page hierarchies are super clear. It's really easy to create new pages, and not break everything, and not have to beg your web dev to prioritize your project. Easy to use dashboard keeps everything in control. Also has really good author/user controls compared to other CMS. What do you dislike? It's harder to hack together a page with Contentful than it is on ...

Great for nonprofits
What do you like best? I mostly use Contentful's CMS interface. It's easy for a large team to manage and update. We built our site using components and the content model is well suited for translating those components into content types and pages. We have built two iterations of our site on Contentful. Our developers love building with Contentful's framework. It gives us a lot of flexibility and allows our staff to have more control over content that isn't so dependent on code. What do ...

Better than WordPress
What do you like best? I'm the head of a German student-run nonprofit initiative. We use Contentful in conjunction with Gatsby and Netlify to host our website. Contentful's generous pro bono plan allows us to have individual author accounts for each of our individual chapters located in university towns all over Germany. What do you dislike? It should be easier to copy content models from one space to another. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you ...

Easy to use CMS
What do you like best? Interface is easy, it's very flexible so you can customise it fully to best meet your requirements. Its also great at being able to create a whole range of content templates. Real-time editing is great when there are multiple users working on the same piece of content. What do you dislike? The image/file area is quite clunky. If you're not a developer it can be quite difficult to customise. Because it's a headless CMS its also difficult to see how the content will ...
