Great client management tool!

I would certainly recommend Content Snare to anyone who is looking to manage customer/client interaction especially when needing to rely on customers for input to design decisions. Makes the whole process much smoother and reduces the need for constant emails. Great functionality & support.

What do you like best about Content Snare? You make your requests in a nice, user-friendly, browser-based tool. You send them. Then you can go do the many other things that you probably need to be doing without having to think about this part again. If you're a small company (like us) and you wear a lot of hats and have to make a lot of decisions, you know how much that wears on even the best of brains. What do you like best about Content Snare? The UI/UX is beautiful. I love that, compared to other content requesting software, Content Snare allows you to make your requests robust. To your Clients, your requests appear with clear deadlines and the system notifies them multiple times before the deadline. There are a ton of options for the different fields you can select.
