Contactually is a top choice
PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? I wanted a free CRM, which took me to Top Product first, but I discovered that Contactually is far better. Even when I forget to add someone to my contatc list, I get to track their emails, phone calls and messages, and I get reminded to follow them up every morning. I had no idea how to manage follow ups, but Contactually did it for me
PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? My favorite part is the follow up time frame, and the buckets in general. Integration is amazing, especially because there is a Gmail plugin I'm using to put everybody in the bucket, and to email them constantly to make sure we're on the same page. Well rounded CRM
What do you like best? A good CRM that once set up, runs itself and helps connect you with your clients and sphere. What do you dislike? Very time intensive to set up. Training difficult for agents. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Not missing out on leads by forgetting to follow up.

I wish I knew about this software years ago!
PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? Its magnificent integration with social media imports my entire contact information, and combines it in a practical list of contacts. While this may sound too simple to some of you, it is in fact a complex process not many CRMs can complete efficiently. A PSA to all real estate brokers out…
A PSA to all real estate brokers out there who may be shopping for a new CRM. DO NOT USE CONTACTUALLY! I signed up for Contactually last year and have been pretty happy with it since then. . . Until I noticed that I was missing some of the older notes for my clients. I reached out to Contactually and they explained that their system only allows the saving of 50 notes/contact. Uhh, WHAT?! And one email thread containing 10 responses counts as 10 "notes". So as I add new notes for clients I'm ...

What do you like best? It’s easy to learn, it being my very first CRM, I was surprised at how easy I learned to navigate through it. What do you dislike? One of the best CRMs out there
What do you like best? The interface is very user friendly and the tutorials make it easy for first-timers. What do you dislike? Haven't found anything to dislike as of yet! One of the best softwares on the market, contactually
What do you like best? I love the clean interface. The support was always very receptive, although somewhat limited in its ability to provide answers. In terms of relationship management, the system does a good job of asking you to communicate with people you have not interacted with for some time. What do you dislike? Good product, but needs to be more streamlined
What do you like best? Having the ability to pre-schedule campaign drips that I can customize. What do you dislike? Format is updated too often and the changes often make the program less user-friendly. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I'm a client relations manager for a large real estate company and this helps us stay organized and connected with our clients.
