It is by far the easiest remote support…

It is by far the easiest remote support application I have used. The mobile app is to be desireable, but the desktop app for remote support or giving access to users to have access to their own desktops is just awesome.

Overall great value

Overall great value. Would have given full ratings if admin screens (UAC can be controlled. Now screen black out and agent have to ask user to click buttons on UAC prompts. Also, the abilities to control mobile device would be greatly appreciated.

What do you like best? There are so many good features in this product to like. If I had to choose it would have to be unattended access. I can monitor and troubleshoot customers computers without having to walk them through connecting to the software. What do you dislike? This is probably an unfair review because we are still on the last, purchase once, self-hosted version. There will be no updates to this version so we live with all its quirks. Great for Windows (not so much for Mac)

What do you like best? I have used this product for many years. Very reliable for windows machines. Let's me manage 17 computers while watching football at home. What do you dislike? The iPad app crashes 10% of the time. It is almost impossible to log into a Mac (unattended that has multiple screens and either the screen saver is on or the monitors are powered off. You just get a black screen with a mouse. Your only option is to send a command to restart the mac but then you have to ...

Perfect solution for IT Support businesses

What do you like best? I run a small IT support business. I needed a solution for providing remote support to customers, both on an "as needed" basis, as well as on an "always connected" basis. The other products I looked at, like Team Viewer, LogMeIn, etc., we just too expensive for my situation. What do you like best? I like and frequently use ScreenConnect to provide remote support to contract IT customers. It provides a fast and easy way to provide the most effective support without being on-site. What do you like best? We have been using this product for over 7 years now. They are very in touch with there users and always listen when you have issues. The fact that they continue to have updates come out to fix or improve issues and asked users what they want to see in new releases. What do you dislike? Not much to dislike.
