I love using ConnectWise as one of our…
I love using ConnectWise as one of our remote access tools in our platform for MSP. It is my "go to" connection as it is so straight forward and reliable. The interface has all the tools I need to successfully get my job done the quickest and most efficient way.

Great tool!
One of our favorite tools in our technology department. Not only is it a great platform for providing remote support, the remote command-line feature is fantastic. We use it all the time for deploying MSI's and accomplishing a multitude of tasks across multiple Windows devices in mass. It is a great tool for the price.

Good product; old pricing was better
I should state that my review is for ScreenConnect, not the entire MSP suite. Their old pricing was amazing. I'm glad I'm grandfathered in since the way it's priced now is about 3x as much as what I originally paid to get the same thing. The product is very good though and I still use it daily.Works well on Windows, Macs, and Linux and I'll even use it on my phone to access some of my machines if I have to.

Really great remote access tool
Really great remote access tool. It works amazing (5/5 on Windows and very well (4/5 on MacOS, not sure how well it works on Linux. The only real reason for dinging a star is that sometimes ConnectWise pushes updates with new features that really need to be optional/opt-in, like the forced product review popup for techs, and the fancy animations that slowed down the webUI a lot. Very good, but can be hard for some remote users to setup.
First let me say I like this product. It serves my purpose and works well.I find it is hard for my general customers to get setup. Business customers do much better.The issue is the process the remote person has to go through to get the connection established. Residential customers do not follow instructions well at times.During the process they might see a screen that is actually a instruction screen that sez something like click on run. Screen connect user 5+ yrs.
Performance, stability, and flexibility to deploy internally or to the cloud make this product stand out from all the rest. The balance of features I really need vs those I don't, is why I picked it years ago!

Good system, though not quite to par with Competitors
What do you like best? As a remote control utility, this worked without issues. It is responsive and usually does everything I would like it too. There is a toolbar at the top full of all the expected utilities and tools you would expect from a remote access tool like this and the Toolbox feature is a nice feature that allows you to put commonly used tools and programs for easy use while remotely controlling a computer. ConnectWise Overview
ConnectWise is a great asset and tool.Customer service is inconsistent. Sometimes you get a rep that is really knowledgeable and helpful and others, it seems they just want to escalate and push documentation, which loses that personal touch.Billing is not user friendly. You receive invoices dated for example July 31st with a due upon receipt but don’t actually receive them until after the invoice date.The billing team has a very SLOW response, it took over 6 weeks for us to have something ...
