It's OK
It's OK, but you have to adapt your business around ConnectWise, not the other way around.

We have been using ScreenConnect for may years to support our company network of 15 locations. It may be the best purchase I've made bang for the buck.

Great product if you're only working…
Great product if you're only working with Windows machines, but poor support for Mac and Linux. Years of promises with nothing to show for it.

We use the remote tool to support Macs…
We use the remote tool to support Macs and PCs. It works, for the most part. Multiple monitors on Macs will make it a complete chore to use and sometimes development on Mac lags behind. Mac client updates are hit and miss as well. It has been getting better it seems. Not perfect, but better. Windows support works as expected. Fairly simple. Does the job
Does the job but dated and needs an overhaul. We've been on the platform for around ten years.

ConnectWise Control (ScreenConnect) was…marginally adequate.
ConnectWise Control (ScreenConnect was a much better product before it was purchased by ConnectWise. There was phone support and the pricing was much more reasonable. Connectwise control still uses a very old version mono to run on Linux and that forces you to run a Windows server as a host if you have any real quantity of computers on it. Right now, it's okay and it's what we are used to, but the product needs some serious development and hopefully they won't jack up the prices even more.

Functional but not pleasant on Apple…
Functional but not pleasant on Apple devices. They finally made some minor updates to the iOS app so it works better now. However, their software running on MacOS is not a smooth experience, especially when compared to the windows version. I've been using their software for several years now and they do not seem to focus on improving their software for use on Apple devices. It is disappointing.
