Great RDP experience

Longtime ConnectWise Control user
Longtime ConnectWise Control user. Love the great UI, ability to turn ad hoc Support session to permanent Access session. I make frequent use of the "Block Input" and "Wake Lock" features.

Faster, more relaible, more features, and nice people!
Having used ConnectWise to enable our support staff to give remote support to users, I can honestly say that this is the best solution I've ever seen. Other viewers for teams, and other implementations, are a poor 2nd place compared to ConnectWise; it's faster, more reliable, and has more features, plus it works with Mac and Android devices as easily as Windows.
