Great product but horrible company and support organization
Great product (connectwise support morning Not so great company or support organization. Good they bought the product when it was high in ratings. Otherwise, I wouldn’t touch it coming from connectwise.My review of connectwise (support not withstanding would be negative if allowed. I had numerous frustrating issues with support. Customer? What's that?
Customer? What's that? These people bought ScreenConnect, and screwed us over. Look elsewhere for your remote support needs.The only communication received from them in regard to anything is multiple spam emails requesting reviews. Well folks, here's your damn review. You should try and make sure your customers are actually satisfied before making repeated requests for public reviews.

Updates no longer work properly
Updates no longer work properly. The workload to reverse recent two upgrades is unacceptable. Obviously Connectwise does not care about its clients' anymore!!!!!!!
