Some.. no Lots of assemmbly required.
When you buy into ConnectWise, they'll have you believe you are buying the high performance sports car of your PSA dreams. Now, to be clear, they deliver you a sports car, but it's just the frame and rest of the car is delivered to you in box of parts. The whole thing IS there, you just need to be a mechanic capable of assembling it. ConnectWise will be happy to help you...for a price...and that's where we drew the line. If I could do it all again, I wouldn't
The software is alright but has some very serious limitations. The software is very much as-is. The company does not deliver meaningful features, takes a long time to deliver basic/superficial features, and the support/consulting services are inexcusably poor. Escalation up the support and the account management chain does not provide any results. Be very aware of what you are getting yourself into.
