Happy with the product, not with the company
Difficult review, because I'm happy with the product but not happy with ConnectWise as a company.I bought ScreenConnect (as it was then named years ago, and it was a great deal. Since then I've upgraded my license several times to get access to newer versions. The software is great, easy to use both for us and our customers.At some point they were bought out by ConnectWise, who immediately executed a MASSIVE price increase with no new benefits to show for it. Great software great features
Great software great features. Provides exactly what I need as a small business and it does not cost me my first born. Will definitely recommend this product to other IT support staff.

Product does a lot, but it was too much for my small company
The product appears to do a lot, I think it is to big for my small company. If we get bigger I would look at it again. For a small shop it was just a bit overwhelming and requires a dedicated resource. Any time I had an issue they responded quick.

- some antivirus capture the msi or exe as unidentified vendor- sometimes we get black screen and after connect again its workingother than that it's amazing

Very useful and straightforward
What do you like best? Easy to use and easy to manage clients that are remote What do you dislike? client runs slow very often for no apparent reason What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Helpdesk support has become easier since implementing this software

Lots of back and forth to get something…
Lots of back and forth to get something simple done. They are the only people out there that do at least this much. The rest are less than 1 star.
