They continuously make updates to the software and it gets better. Fantastic software for remote control!

What do you like best? I can simply roll out the access for my employees throughout the country and help them instantly without the need for logging into a site every time using an access code. Excellent remote support product

What do you like best? ConnectWise makes it easy for my company to support my many customers and clients remotely. Connecting to workstations and servers is easy and in most cases seamless. Providing one-time remote support for customers who I have not worked with in the past is easily accomplished via a simple web portal. Simple and Secure.Lacks the ability to prevent the administrator to connect without the user consent.It can be achieved but cannot guarantee the user that nobody can connect without his permission since the configuration is on the server side.

Great tool for remote access and support!

What do you like best? Web-browser deployment and access is great. Great having the flexibility of launching it from CW Automate or from web url. Ability to blackout screen on client end is very helpful for security and ease of use. What do you dislike? The mobile app is severely lacking and uneasy to use efficiently.
