We have been on ConnectWise for 5 years…
We have been on ConnectWise for 5 years now and it's a great solution. Prior to ConnectWise, we used 8 different programs to do sales, scheduling, purchasing, hours, and service tickets. Now we do it in one system, ConnectWise. It's a huge time and effort saver.

Great Option for Mac Shop
The product does what we need to do. As a primarily Mac shop, there are few remote connection options that does what this can do for the price. We do not require the Windows centric services that a lot of the other solutions offer for higher costs. Any support we have required is timely and accurate.Overall I would recommend ConnectWise

ConnectWise is excellent and we've been using it for over a year now without any major issues. It's very reliable and stable and much better than other products we have used in the past.

UPDATED for the Connectwise question below...In general superb!There is only one feature (I can think of LogMeIn had that we miss, but otherwise it has everything else (and maybe more and was a GREAT changeover (LogMeIn was way overpriced, repeatedly rude to an 11yr client and acting like they could care less if they lost us. LogMeIn kept raising the pricing so much every year we could not deal with the uncertainty and looked ELSEWHERE. Also our dedicated LogMeIn sales rep was rude and ...
