The product has been good in the past
The product has been good in the past, but it's not stable anymore.We've to reboot the server daily multiple times based on hungups.(It's running on Standard Debian 9, latest versionWe've an active service contract, but support doesn't help!New releases have no improvements in stability.

Absolute best product we have used…
Absolute best product we have used always works with zero issues and very quick and easy to deploy. Great price and has tons of features that i didn't even know i needed but couldn't do without them now

So difficult to deal with software versions and deploy unattended installations.

Connectwise - We didn't have the best experience.
The sales process is pushy and car sales man like. The onboarding process was extremely confusion and unorganized. The product itself has alot of potential but honestly it is too powerful and takes way too long to even get to the point of being able to use it. We backed out very quickly in the process so I cannot speak to the actual use of the product. Connectwise tried to hold us to a contract term even though we notified them within the 90 days that we would not be moving forward, but ...

We love ConnectWise
We love ConnectWise! Easy for clients to connect and fast! Lets us be able to provide a better and faster service. We also ave it installed in all of our clients computer and allows us to run preventive maintenance remotely.

Works great and the Help Desk staff were very kind as I was confused at first. Now it is easy to organize clients and many other tools.

An excellent product
An excellent product, providing a simple method of supporting all our customers. Both the permanent and ad-hoc connection methods work really well, with minimal overhead, and are extremely reliable. We have come to rely on ConnectWise over the last two years, and wouldn't be without it.
