Remote Desktop Couldn't Be Any Easier
What do you like best? ConnectWise Control is very fast when we need to access our client's PCs. What do you dislike? Downloading LabTech clients for our clients takes a good amount of time to register their machine in our system. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I am able to share problems with fellow colleagues to efficiently solve people's problems.

What do you like best? As long as you don't require Tech Support, this is a good product. Their Tech Support prefers to manage requests through emails rather than call you.

ConnectWise Control is good for both basic and advanced users
I use ConnectWise Control, which is a remote control software formerly known as ScreenConnect. I had some concerns that the rebranding would involve a heavy hand by developers, but that has not been the case. The tool is much more flexible than some other brands, and at a more reasonable price for comparable features. High level tech users will appreciate the level of control.
