I would say the biggest problem is the picture quality of the remote machine. It's small and if expanded hard to read. I would like to see both monitors on the remote system and extend to two monitors at my location.

Disappointed

Quite a good product, works as advertised, however there is a serious problem with their administration. Immediately upon paying a 12 month subscription my account was locked, I was unable to even login to Connectwise, dozens of email went unanswered. They eventually fixed the problem more than a month later without a word of apology, and did a good job of pretending there had never been a problem. Seriously unimpressed, can't recommend.

CW Manage is ok if you do not have any ticketing system

We have used Connectwise manage for over 5 years and we have been a member of HTG (now connectwise owned for over 3 years. The cloud version of 'CW Manage' is ok but sometimes can run quite slow and it seems like you have to buy an add-on to get it to do what you really want or spend hundreds of dollars to use their consultants to set it up the way you need. Great web app - poor iOS app

Great, cost-effective remote desktop solution only let down by the poor iOS experience/app - constantly having to log in (albeit a minor pain is a pain when you're quickly trying to jump in to help someone remotely. Also navigation via the app is clunky as it's merely re-organising the web interface as opposed to creating an interface best suited to a smaller mobile screen.

VERY UN HAPPY I will give you the a month and if not I will not renew my service with you

I am not happy at all, I use to be with screen connect but ever since they moved to connectwise the service and getting back to me on my issue takes too long. I am looking for a new remote service company right now to replace what I have. I don't want too but they are not giving me a reason to stay. I emailed them recently telling them I keep getting an error on my computer while connecting to my customers to service there computers. I can still get the job done but I am tired of getting ...

We use ConnectWise remote access…

We use ConnectWise remote access feature to manage nearly 100 non-domain servers for commercial office buildings and it works extremely well for our purposes for the past 2 years. It saves thousands in cost for travel to remote sites/vendor trips that would otherwise be required when there is a Windows OS or Windows service issue. Also works well in the few Linux servers we have in production. The only issues we've encountered using ScreenConnect were with Linux distros from 2012 or older.
