Stellar service. Absolutely great.
The service itself may not be perfect, but it is a good fit for people who do what I do (manage dozens of computers remotely and the monthly price is literally half what I was paying LogMeIn. $42 for Connectwise vs $85 for LogMeIn and I only got that monthly rate due to customer loyalty and because I made an annual billing commitment; otherwise I'd have been paying $130/month when I finally got tired of LogMeIn.The interactions I've had with sales and support have been great, without ...

I have been using this product for about 7-8 years now and it consistently provides me with everything I can think of to remotely support my clients. It is fast, dependable and has more features than I can use. Every time I think there is no way they can come up with something else to add, they not only come up with something new, but it works. The cloud option can be slow when…
The cloud option can be slow when connecting to other machines. While I read the on-premise option no one ever claims it's slow, even when thousands of miles away.Other then that everything about the product is great!
