Worth the money, especially on iOS

I often am called by a client for help that requires remote control, and use my iPhone or iPad to connect. I really appreciate the virtual mouse in the app. Also find the briefcase for utilities I use regularly very helpful. Would give it five stars, but find that the method of removing clients less than perfect. Altogether, worthwhile.

Very good product for managing remote…

Very good product for managing remote users and setting up meetings. Took some time to incorporate Office 365 logins, but with help from support we got it working. Fast reliable connections to our remote users. I also like the Android App so that I can connect while on the go.

Is not consistent and the server host ip addresses keep changing. We are looking for a more stable replace enterprise product.

Excellent price/quality/feature ratio

We canceled an expensive service from another company which I used to remotely update and fix issues on office users computers and also allowed them to connect remotely when at home. I found ConnectWise for our few computers was 1/10th of the yearly cost of the smallest plan the other company had. In addition, even though I don't use all the bells and whistles in ConnectWise I was really impressed at all the advanced functionality. The move from on premise version to cloud was ...

I moved from the on premise version to the cloud version. It has been great! Now I have more time to spend on working on client's projects and spend less time doing server management internally. The whole transition was pretty easy and support was great to help me get over a few hurdles I experienced.

We have been a long time user of…

We have been a long time user of ConnectWise. We use what they now call ConnectWise Manage. I have been very impressed with their product and product support. Now we have started using ConnectWise Control. Although customizing some of it to our specific environment has had it's challenges, ConnectWise support has been excellent in helping us get things setup.
