Great product, great value
Great product. Quick and easy to use. Much better pricing structure than things like Teamviewer. Have had minor issues with intermittent blank screen on connection and the Android app takes a bit of getting used to because the screen movement is reverse to what you expect.

Wish I hadn’t signed up ConnectWise.
They do not look out for their customers. Once you sign up for their product they nickel and dime afterwards.

The product lacks simple features and…
The product lacks simple features and is too complicated. Support is terrible. There are always long chat queue and delayed response.

Great for the money unless you want to deploy via GP
Advanced configuration is needlessly difficult, and lack of easy GP deployment is nearly unforgivable at this point. Other than those two glaring issues, the software does what it claims and does it well. For the money its hard to beat.

The service is great when it works
The service is great when it works. there are lots of mac issues that come up (java, osx. It would be better if the system updated and fixed itself. It's also a much better price than the competitors.

It just works. The anti-social billing system (you can't remove your credit card details is the only thing preventing 5 stars.

Works great.
Works great.The product could be even better if one could purchase features like meetings a la carte. I wasn't able to bolt on meetings to my Access license - I had to purchase an additional instance/license.
