like it but confusing
All of the different things and name changes and especially how to reset your password is complex and confusing. For example, to reset lost password on whatever the thing is called that's used to remote with you can't reset it from there. If you click 'forgot password' nothing at all happens so you're not sure if it just needs a few minutes or what. What you're apparently supposed to know is that you have to go to cloud.screenconnect.com and click 'forget password' there. Too much too complex.

I have been using ConnectWise for more than 4 years now. This cloud-based product is easy to use and very powerful. I have no ragrets using this product and would recommended without hesitation.

ConnectWise is a great remote connection utility
We tried and demoed all of the options and ConnectWise is the best remote connect utility for the money. It is very fast, easy to setup. It has all of the features you need to provide remote support for a group of remote PCs. They continue to upgrade it and add additional features. Great product.

What do you like best? Its speed while connected is great, very little if any lag. It is easy to use both for support and remote access. Gives you both tools, one for Support of customer PCs and Servers, as well as one for on demand support of end users. Very affordable. What do you dislike?
